Molotitos of Huauzontle in Special Red Atocpan Mole

Ingredients:

  • 250g special red actopan mole Don Pancho®
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • Lard
  • 250g corn dough
  • 1 chilacayote
  • 200g de huauzontle
  • Cream
  • Cheese

Directions:

1.- Dissolve in a saucepan special red actopan mole Don Pancho® with chicken broth until to form a smooth paste.
2.- Sauté in a saucepan the mixture into lard and set aside.
3.- Mix corn dough with chicken broth and salt. After to form dough balls of the same size.
4.- Chop the chilacayote and huauzontle up into small pieces.
5.- Take a ball of dough and to stuff with the chilacayote and huauzontle.
6.- Fry in the hot skil-let until browned
7.- Sprinkle special red actopan mole don pancho® on the top of the dough. The dough must be cover with the mole.

Breadcrumbs cutlet-cheese stuffed and Red Atocpan Mole

Ingredients:

  • 200g Red Atocpan Mole Don Pancho®
  • 300 Ml Chicken Broth
  • 6 Breadcrumbs Cutlet
  • 200 Gr Cheese Manchego
  • Raisins
  • Oil

Directions:

1.- Dissolve in a sauce-pan red atocpan mole Don Pancho® with chicken broth until to form a smooth paste.
2.- Sauté in a sauce-pan the mixture into hot oil and set aside
3.-Roasted breadcrumbs cutlet in the hot skil-let until evenly browned
4.- Putting up in the cutlet manchego cheese cubes,raisins and red actopan mole Don Pancho®.
5.- Cook in the microwave until cheese has melted (aprox. 1 minute)
6.- Serve.

To make 6 servings.

Pipian marinated-roasted pork chops

  • 250g Pipian Don Pancho®
  • 350ml Chicken Broth
  • 6 Pork Chops
  • Oil
  • Salt To Taste

Directions:

1.- Dissolve in a saucepan pipian don pancho® sauce with chicken broth until to form a smooth paste.
2.- Sauté in a casserole the mixture into hot oil and set aside.
3.- Place the pork chops into the marinated. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
4.- The pork chops roasted or grilled (according your preference)
5.- Serve with charro- beans

Meat loaf with Almond Mole

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr Almond Mole Don Pancho®
  • 300 ml(0.63 Us Pint)
  • 500 g. Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tin Of Corn
  • 300 g Green Beans (cooked)
  • 20 Tortillas
  • Butter
  • Salt To Taste

Directions:

1.-Dissolve in a saucepan almond mole don pancho® with chicken broth until to form a smooth paste.
2.- Sauté in a casserole/saucepan the mixture into hot oil and set aside.
3.- In a large bowl, fry onion and combined groud beef, green beans and corn in hot oil, season and set aside.
4.-Grease a 9×13 inch pan, put a layer of tortillas. Cover with almond mole Don Pancho®
5.- Adding ground beef mixture.
6.- Repeat layers
7.- Bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
